概念
无尘布又名无尘擦拭布，由100%聚酯纤维双编织而成，表面柔软，易于擦拭敏感表面，摩擦不脱纤维，具有良好的吸水性及清洁效率。产品的清洗和包装均在超净车间完成。无尘布可选封边一般有：冷裁，激光封边，超声波封边。涤纶及超细纤维无尘布一般都可以用激光、超声波完美封边。
切割方式
1.不封边(冷裁剪)
无尘擦拭布主要是通过电剪刀直接裁切,此种切割方式边容易产生毛屑,而且切割后不可做洁净处理,擦拭过程中边上会产生一定量布屑,无洁净度.一般不建议使用高端擦拭。
2.激光切割
能过激光瞬间高温融断,封边较好不会产生掉毛屑现象,切割完可做网淋及清洗等洁净处理,从而使产品达到较高的无尘标准.缺点就是边因为是融断的所以会稍显有点硬,擦拭过程中注意点一般没什么问题,市场75%都是使用这种封边方式。
3.超音波封边
通过超声波振动部组(振子)所产生的振动(让电能转换成机械能)，经过HORN(焊头)传递热量，通过到刀具挤压断面料,这种封边是无尘布切割方 式中最完美的一种。
